Wonder whether journalists at ST were inspired by SBF
ST reported, "Two editors from the Straits Times newsroom have been slapped with disciplinary measures following an internal investigation into allegations of misconduct."
"The SPH human resources-appointed panel looked into allegations made of two separate instances during which two ST editors had improper relations with a subordinate member of staff. It found sufficient grounds to conclude that the two editors concerned had breached SPH's code of conduct," it added.
"The two face disciplinary action, commensurate with the seriousness of their actions."

What does it "improper relations with subordinate member or staff" mean?

Is this really true? I'm surprise she did not report him unless she also fell for him then that's another story altogether. But to be able to handle 3 guys at the same time, she must be realot horny....

Improper office relations need not extend as far as boinking, is already a breach of HR rules. If kena baotoh, going on dates, etc is already grounds for disciplinary investigation, because of conflict of interest.
Want to have relations, must declare, then HR will probably redeploy one to ensure no conflict of interest. Or one resign. That's how it works.

I highly doubt this is what happened. If the boss threatened to revoke scholarship, it is clear cut case of abuse of power and blackmail. Those are immediate firing offenses regardless of what good work that person did in the past. May even end up as police case. More likely those two men used company resources to benefit the girl. Things like publishing her useless articles, passing the nicest sponsored trial assignments (spa, make up, concert reviews, etc.) to her, bring her on overseas assignments using company expenses, claim meals, hotels, etc. They do this for her because they have been fucking her. The fact that SPH did not fire those two guys indicate offences that are not clearly criminal and are more along the lines of favourtism where it is hard to prove corruption.

This one confirm the girl fucked with the two guys la. If just dating will end up commit suicide meh Another case of women wanting to advance their careers or get favourable treatment by sleeping with the bosses. Kena found out already turn themselves into victims. If you view this together with the HDB coffee and bagel case, it seems clear that women in SPH are not averse to using their charms and breaking all sorts of ethics to get what they want. It is the company's newsroom culture. No need SBF to inspire them. It is in their blood.
