1)cupid xpress case is a balloting case for this outing ... as stated earlier on ... nt an exceptional case ... no one is exceptional ...
2)we discuss by da comfortability lvl to chat wif u by everyone not me alone ... so no matter how long or how many times u pm me it is still decide by a few organisers nt me alone ...
3) u can pm me throughout da period frm annouce to go into balloting til cfm date if I go by how many times u pm me it will b unfair to da rest who do not have da time to do likewise but is someone whom everyone is comfortable with...
