Stress about my predicament

Long story short, my small head got the better of me. Me and the ML (JB ML) did raw for about 5-8 seconds before I couldn't take it and I ejeculated into her.

Now I'm full of paranoia. This is my first exposure to do raw with an ML in any capacity.

1) Should I head down to the A&E and take pep? should I also get vaccinated for hep?

2) what are the chances of these ML getting pregnant from one such occasion? I noticed after the deed the lady tried to sneakily take a photo of me and I think she succeeded. Now I'm super paranoid that all this transpired within 5 mins.

Anyone can kindly let me know what to do? Last exposure was 2 hrs ago 😔

1) Yes, Definitely. If she dare to raw with you, what makes you think she won’t raw with others? Trust yourself better than trusting others. Better to spend the money of getting pep than any serious infection later on.
You can choose not to visit A&E, but in my honest opinion, i rather lose that sum of money than taking a gamble. As you won’t know if the ML is 100% clean or with any kind of sexual illness.

2) Usually ML / FL they are on some sort of conception, need not worry about that. Photo taking might be for a lot of reasons, but will never know what is she up to.

Thanks for the assurance bro. Went to A&E and they told me no pep. And to schedule with dsc. But DSC isn't open on the weekends. So how do I go about it? Chances of contracting are low but I don't want to risk it. And also, I want to do regular test within that 1 month period so I'm clean. I'm currently going a bit serious with someone and don't want to risk her catching anything nasty from me. Able to advise any clinics? Will head over tomorrow first thing in the morning

Went to the A&E and was prescribed with PEP for 3 days. They told me they will make an appointment for me to follow up coming Monday Tuesday.

Originally went yishun hospital A&E then they told me don't carry the pep drugs on hand. This morning went to TTS and they have it but before they can administer the drug, they ask a series of qs and take blood samples to see if you are hiv positive. Once done, they ask you to collect medication and they will set up an appointment sometime later to get experts to asses your situation.

All clear for hiv, hep. Typical STDs all cleared. But they say my recent exposure which was yesterday isn't conclusive and that I need to go for regular testing within the next 2weeks - 6 months. Pep only needed to be taken for 28 days.
Damage was $300 SGD ++ after subsidy at A&E

Not expensive. I took before and cost me over $2k

Do note that HIV PEP will lower your white blood cell so please take multi vitamin daily to strengthen your immune system.

They only gave me 3 days worth of medication. Probably gonna cost a lot more once they give me the other 25 days. On top of that still got the checkup, consultations and blood tests. Probably peaking close to 1k plus. Hopefully nothing much. I can only do pep and just abstain from sex for now. Will discuss more on Monday with the doctors there.
