How does the debt get to 30k?
If average the girl earns 5k a month what’s the percentage of her salary that will goes to servicing the debt?

30k comes from Agent finders fee + air plane tickets + the cost of them smuggling the girls into johor via Thailand route, so immigration doesn't notice these girls in the system. On average, an indon girl here get between 95rm-120rm per customer/shot, and the remaining 150rm or so goes towards paying the shop rooms, workers, agent commission etc.

At jmr/vs2, if you take 1200rm overnight, girl get 475rm, shop eat 725rm. At glory, for example, 48, earns 10k rm per 10 days, or 30k in a month, after shop deduction on average. But if you ugly, bad service or unpopular, 1-2 shots per day, good luck eating air.

Sometimes if the girls are well liked by the boss, either by being a high earner or cute, the boss will give out payday loans for the girls to do their hair, cosmetics, food or send home. The smart girls only ask for like 500rm-1000rm for food and to last until their next payday and let the rest of their earnings go towards their initial debt. Some girls has been working here for one-two years and yet to finish paying off their initial debts, fines, new loans, drug addiction.

Most of the time here, even girls who work hard with good gfe and service will lose out to the Angpais that allow raw, cip or anal to their loyal long time sponsors. I admire and pity those girls, who on principle will use protection no matter what. I had to experience it for myself and lo and behold, the only thing special about them is that these angpais let you do everything under the bedsheets.

Either play it safe or get on PrEP boys, because I can guarantee you what they allow you to do with them doesn't make you special.

On the other hand, there is also another batch of girls like 222, 277 or 2xx series where they are here on a valid visa. Meaning every month they have to return home to Indonesia and then fly back as here to continue working. These girls have a different agent, but those agent slots are rare and you need to be a trusted worker for them to allow this. These girls have a different vibe to them as they are not tied down by agent debt.

Can you come and go as you please? No.

Have you been hurt or threatened if you tried to leave? Yes.

Do you live with your employer? Yes.

Where do you sleep and eat? At the workplace.

Are you in debt to your employer? Yes.

Do you have your passport/identification? No.


But what can anyone do. We have just experienced the local authorities being on the boss's payroll. Business as usual. It's not even our country, so just enjoy every moment without worrying about tomorrow.

Angpai is capable to pay off debts, build strong regular customer base and come back another time to ask regular customer to support them via WeChat

Some AngPai even manage to get "bonus payment" from bros who they manage to KC too

Is the 30k one off or each time they go home and return it’s another 30k? I see many go home and come back quite frequently. Girls like 91 can easily pay off 30k in a week or two I guess given her immense popularity and super hard to book
