He obviously is a regular of places like PPC and some comments are true and useful, but also mixes in a lot of crap and exaggerated shit, not to say making up fake news to boost ego, + fights which really reduces the quality of discussion here

My experience in PPC there which I patronise a couple of shops with Viet MLs and majority very limited roaming.

Maybe pay more then they will allowed but I don't want to spoil market.

The back row behind Yang Guang have 2 Viet and 1 PRC. All allow roaming and 0 tips requested. Free will and I walk off purposely they never ask for it at all. then walk back again feeling back to give 20SGD.
