1st month: (assuming 2 meetings per week)
30% - 1st meeting
30% - 3rd meeting
30% - 5th meeting
10% - 7th meeting

2nd month onwards.
50% 1st meeting
50% 5th meeting.

3rd month onwards can adjust if necessary.
