If you follow the news carefully, those who went to court were slapped with multiple charges. There hasn't been any case about the guy being punished for meeting WLs during this CB period, other than the fine.

Anyway the indian girl that went to see the bf is really unlucky - can see other couples going about without being harassed, riding PMD and so on, and she went out at 3 am+ also got caught and charged.

(1) Spa, massage parlour will continue to close till don’t know when. Maybe a good time for government to flush out the nonsense. AV shaking leg and shop close automatically. Lol! Can tenant tahan the $10-20k rental? Can ML tahan without work?

(2) Even if they open (best case scenario in Jul/ Aug). You need to do safe entry. Which means those nonsense FJ spa maybe totally gone. Any infection then be prepared for contract tracing. I am quite sure 50% of Cheongster may avoid

(3) in the worst case, maybe gone case of phase 1 and phase 2 shows intensive community spread. CB may resume and things continue another cycle
