I went there few times, intially i also only get mild teasing,no complain from me as she really does a wonderful massage. I guess for ML is definitely the money first, follow by the conversation. As for look is subjective isn't it, if his look is normal but can talk very well, maybe she will still tease you. Lets say you got loads of money but no look and body, show some $50 notes on your wallet and she serve you like a boss; she endure or suck it up, close 2 eys also have to chiong for a living.
