having same urge. seems urge is to do with other women since even after doing it wife next day have urge again.

but after doing with FL urge seems to subside til next week or two.

for me after ML/FL its cuz of regret and shame tat will last 1-2 weeks. plus since i go to hc type i don wan to show face too often to the front desk people working there.

i have the same problem. but i cannot frequent FL too much. burn hole in wallet. maybe once or twice a month. when i was with my ex gf also same issue little to no sex.

my coping mechanism is a mixture of focusing on work, doing exercise, jerking off (not too frequently, i fear ED), and the rare occasional sex with gf.
