In this day and age of WFH and mask wearing I am not “excited” by any standard, but occasionally I do see a LBD and that does give me a tinge... right fitting dress showing all the necessary curve never fail....

I do agree with you that mask wearing nowadays has made appreciating beauty very difficult . I think back at my travels to the middle east ,where you see stunning eyes framed by a veil. Definitely allows your mind to wander and fill the gap of how she really looks.

i am 41. and this year suddenly realize that i hardly can do 2 times in a night anymore. unlike when i was before 40, i can do 3 times a night w new girl.

For me, I think togetherness is about both parties. I am mid 40 now, used to be able to f for 45 mins and cum 2 to 3 times, suddenly, past 40, dick gets soft after 10 mins and at most 1 shot. So I did exercises, run and gym. But even that, not very much improved. Age affects us all differently. Sadly in my case, looks OK, body shape OK, sports OK but dick cannot stand.

Better than long ago when there was no VG But then I heard long ago lifestyle was less stressful, less processed food, healthier living, less porn and pre-marital sex (debatable), so ED less of a problem?
After mid-40s shouldn't be embarassed to seek doctor's advice and med help. Statistically quite normal and there are others in worse predicament, mid 30s already onset ED. It's worse if the person just lament and self-pity but did not do anything to help himself.
Find good sex partners who understands your needs.
This is golden advise. 90% of men over the age of 40 have lower than normal testosterone levels and should be on TRT /HRT. This improves ones sex drive dramatically and overall well being.
The only issue is that in Singapore to get prescribed TRT is harder than going to the moon.
