Think the Jurong shop was more than 4 year again,blk 5xx.

Roxy square shop she only own it for 1 month or so, think is last year. She took the brand new unit (not take over from old joint) and partner with one china lady...

Her another joint @ Tampines is 47&, ground floor unit 1/2 shop.Before she took over the shop,this shop was raided before and it was reported in the chinese eveing daily.think last year Oct time...
