Yup, this is real. Friend that know you for 20 years forgotten what you're are best at and ask you go work cleaner... of course now he got good life already, got wife soon, good job, pay. Why would he bother about you..

Chill la bro, at least he ask you go work as cleaner, not ask you be duck or chicken. You know, cleaner got many types. Clean floor, clean office, clean air con, clean aeroplane, clean watches, clean piano, etc. Expand your horizon lah bro. Maybe you become a specialist on cleaning and maintaining high end cars for the ultra rich that you earn more money than him in the future? Then your turn to shoot him.

As already mentioned here, working as cleaner is nothing disgraceful.

Maybe your friend said that just to see how desperate you are. He might wants to see if you are 'picking & choosy'. The economy is not expected to be great in the next few quarters, so if you are willing to consider a being a cleaner, then maybe you really need his help.

But then, I don't know your friend. He might be 'atas' class now with a f**k up character.
