Same sentiment with a brother here that Fragrance always needs you to queue. Perhaps, the hotels feel better than H81.

may i know if you book hotel 81 and fragrance hotel for a night stay , is 2 IC still required or just one ?

I know transit go for two

Yes, you still need 2 IC even if you book for a night stay (from my own experience)

I agree that the queue is terrible. It's mainly due to the slowness of the receptionist.

Also, they will call about 15 mins before expiry to remind, at a crucial time when one may be doing the last lap!

i called many times to check over the past year, but everytime they tell me no transit leh

any bros can share where u park your vehicle ? everytime i pass by there seems like theres only 2 or 3 slots below the hotel.
