Bad spa mgmt.. Booked rose and confirmed. Reached spa and inside the room shower then tell me rose need another 1hr. Customer extend. double booking still lie to me. Got booking still allow other customer extend? Which spa do this shit. Assigned YxYx, keep eating my time, say oil don’t have, wash hands and etc, wash hand where got need so long. Massage so so, not to mentioned the top up. Sharing this to avoid other brothers falling into their trap.

Similar experience. I booked 90 minute with Rose. Last minute told only 60min as they have another "repeat" customer who booked after me. I am there anyway but rush, rush. Did not relax. I earlier mentioned that Rose is nice looking but SYT shown. Good or bad, I see I am not the only one where they bait and switch.
