Bro, don't fall into ML trap. Have you ever come across ML that tell you actual how much they earn. Any ML earning is higher than your salary. They will always tell you they can't hit their target and their boss will penalize them. etc.

Brother Vicquek, what you are calculating is the take home pay for the ML. The fees she earn from special services plus the commission she gets from the hourly massage fee. I agree with you that $10K plus per month is possible especially when the ML is pretty and skilful.

What Nostringonenite mentioned was KPI. KPI is the monthly sales target for the ML and it is the massage fees charged at the counter. It does not includes all special services fees earned by the ML. Basically these fees are earned by the MP owner. Another bro mentioned penalty fees if the KPI is not met. That is true in some MP but highly unlikely to have a penalty in a $15K KPI MP.

So if the KPI is $15K per month and the MP charges $68 per hour, the ML needs $15K/$68 = 221 customers per month. If each month has 30 days, that's more than 7 hourly customers per day. That is very difficult now when JB is opened, harder because Geylang is back and also harder because the Thai/Viet girls are back in FL dome 1 too. So, a ML earning more than $10K monthly take home pay is possible but meeting a $15K monthly KPI is really hard.

True enough, Depends on WP or SP, levy and number of cpf contributions means a lot to the boss as well …. Maybe closer to 9k a month I guess

Bro, there is a term in this industry- “buy time”. It means customers pay $68 or $88/per hour to bring ML out or let ML rest at home. Some customers buy a few hours. Some customers buy whole day (10-12 hours). Popular ML have some big customers to support. They don’t need work so hard as the way you calculate.
