So within this 6 months, she can be in and out of Singapore as many times as she wants and once the total amount of time she's been here is over 90 days, she'll be barred from entry?
Better ask ICA about this since you still have time.

The ICA advised us to go apply for LTVP the moment we got our Marriage Cert, that we did and application was approved less than 2 weeks. IMHO, try applying for LTVP as soon as possible so your wife can have some tenure here in this country.
slightly off-topic: it would help if you start to have a family (read: have a baby ), they love sc babies!
I remembered posting in this thread quite a couple of pages back and since then, I've successfully signed my ROM with my girlfriend and we'll be holding a wedding session next year end.
I've also recently just started my own business and my girlfriend(now wife) is helping me.
I have not contributed CPF or have any past records of working or tax filing so I was wondering if I'm still able to apply for LTVP?
Also, my wife has been in and out of Singapore more than 7 times with 2 extensions without any problems faced from ICA side.
I was just wondering, since she's officially married, and I need to show proof that I'm able to support her before I can even get to applying a LTVP, is she still subjected to the immigration laws of not being able to stay for more than 90 days within a 6 months period?
e.g. She comes to Singapore on 1st JAN. As such, her 6 months window will last until June 30th.

Please do not get confused. ROM and ICA are 2 different issues. Having an ROM certificate does not entiltle you to special privileges. ICA regulations and conditions will still apply to your spouse's application.
When I was on my weeklong attachment to ICA as part of my cadet training...... I recall the ROM certificate goes right to the bottom of the file and hardly ever get a look unless there are issues with the application that requires a background check on the applicant and/or spouse. Otherwise it is just another piece of document filed for record purpose only.

This is visa form for normal visitors..... bro coolblue is asking about visa application for ex-WLS
If they use this visa application form without getting CGC clearance from CID...... 100% confirmed will be rejected.
bow to your experience .. seriously +1
after clear Cid, I believe form 14a is next step ... Cid may say no objection ... I guess ... then to ica ...
form 14a is used for manual visa process by those barred from Singapore ..including those from visa on arrival countries ... and that's what I know ...

I think you are referring to the old system because the present SOP is different. ICA and CID share the same databases via the HomeTeam so they do not need clearance from each other's department as they can access the relevant information now.
Bro Ninja Assassin. What does CGC stand for? And how to apply for it?
Should be stand for Certificate of Good Conduct. Commonly used during the pre-internet days but not so relevant now with the advanced technology. I am surprised that CGC is still in use.
