Trouble will never go away. Least in Geylang you know where to find them and control them. Rather than closing down geylang completely and made them go underground, then the problem becomes a bigger problem where they become even more elusive and difficult to control.

There is no such thing as a pure country with pure society that vice and crime doesn't exist. They just become harder to catch and difficult to control.

To continue with Geylang or not will in all probability not be a decision for the police to make. Ministers will take the call with inputs from police and other agencies......just my 2 cents.
