One day, i have this young gentleman that came walking into my office without any appointment ... waited for me almost 2 hours, to come back from my meeting.

Feeling frustrated been recalled to the office for an unscheduled interview, I was actually not listening to his introduction until he proved me otherwise with his patience and most important of all … his confident.

Although he's a bit under qualify – I engaged him ….. I guess his confident and his way of doing things out of the box yet confined within my boundaries made me feel comfortable and I should give him a chance to see how’s his attitude like …........ turn out to be a great decision

Presently he is our senior manager for the time being ………. and indeed worry he will move on actually ....
