Condo and other private properties is not unlawful. HDB is against HDB regulations. For spas and MP, sexual activities are against licensing regulations, so unlawful.

In short, a SC female providing home-based sexual services in a private property on her own accord (i.e. no OKT or 吃软饭boy boy behind the scene) then it is lawful.
