There is NO bloody reason for any OKT to abuse prospective customers. I used to frequent Lor 18 area and seen so many cases. Decided to go to Lor 6 H66 and have never encountered rudeness in the last 3 years. I'm not trying to promote the house...just comparing OKT's attitudes.
