The correct way is to call shop and make appointment for E. If you bump into L in the shop, that is not your problem as you have the rights to go to anyone. By texting her and asking her, you are simply pissing her off

I prefer M at BMC. She really takes her time to wax and pluck to make sure it is done well. Very professional. L at AMK on the other hand rushes and my experience with her was more painful as compared with M.
