Come on bro, we never expect much from you but a little bit of respect will do. Anyway, Air-Asia is not a Malaysian owned company. Hope I didnt offend anyone.
Air Asia is a malaysian owned company......just listed on KLSE. But it's subsidary, the one that fly from Thai to Sin is joint venture with Thai company ShinAir owned by Thaksin's family.
have enjoy this thread and would like to ask the following questions as i will be going to chiangrai in about 3 weeks time.
1) singapore to bangkok - which terminal will the plane land at bangkok?
2) bangkok to chiangrai - which terminal should i board the plane to chiangrai?
this is the first time i fly air asia so hope to have a smooth trip and would not want to miss the connecting flight to chiangrai.. i have about 2.5 hours transit time at bangkok airport.
thanks

any1 in bkk,wan to go looklook cc????
I always fly UA from Singapore to Hong ####. Price of ticket is usually below SGD330 (including taxes and service charge) and that's even cheaper than Valuair. So far out of 10 flights, I had been given free upgrade to Business class twice, apparantly due to their frequently over-booked Economy class.
Dudes, go check out priceline.com.sg, you should find some good deals there.
thks... will be flying tml afternoon. first time there. damm excited.. did my homework well
Don't know about you but ... I was perspiring all over trying to get from the domestic to T2 .... its quite a long walk. I too was travelling from SIN > BKK > CEI ... Air Asia.

i see.. but i heard there is a free shuttle bus to bring passengers to T2 from the domestic airport.
by way is it true that once u landed in bangkok from singapore, u need to get your passport stamped before u can proceed to catch your next flight out to Chiangrai?
Ps: i would like to correct my earlier post that TIGER airway operate from T2 Bangkok airport. Thanks to samster mrdump.

Bkk airport got terminal 1 and 2. Domestic air is in terminal 2. but the domestic arrival hall separate the terminal 2 into two part. If you know the way, is not far to walk (through out side the building). Or you can take bus (free) at terminal 2 (if I'm right, is bus no 1, but better confirm with the staff on the spot). As for arrival from domestic flight, you can just walk in the building to terminal 1, is connected.
1. singapore - bkk, should be terminal 1.
2. bkk - chiangrai, domestic should be terminal 2 (btw, does thai aiasia fly to chiangrai?)
