Bottomline -
1) When a reputation score of 100 [wef 3 Jul 24] is reached, reputation power becomes 1.
So ask other Bros to up you and promise to up them back once you have power.

2) A min of 10 posts is required to gain your 1st rep power.

After that,
When you see a person's posting from the last 2 days, on the top right hand corner, you will see a weighing scale. Just click on the scale and, when a window opens, select approve and write any comments, eg "Hi, bro??? has just upped you with xx points"
That way, the recipient will know who upped him.

To find a person, click on search on the tool bar at the top and select advanced search.
Type in the name of the person you are searching for.
Then it will list all the recent posts by that person you were searching for.

Glad, u are interested to join in .... BUT u must do the very, very hard work like many of us in the 16 threads. There're 2 main reqts ...

1st - a minimum number of 10posts (yr current is just 3) which can easily be done within 30mins by posting in all 16 threads & VIOLA!! within 30mins u will hv fulfilled tt as u will hv 3 + 16 = 19posts ... After this - just concentrate on fulfilling the 2nd reqt.

As for the 2nd reqt, u must showed yr seriousness & commitment to stay the course of another 6months to beg daily like all of us with at least 1rep point to up u & u promising to up us back, asap.

The begging must be done 24/7, once daily, w-out fail, rain or shine for at least 6-months' commitment. Currently, u only hv 10 rep points & u need to BEG, really BEG all senior bros/sis to up u another 90points so tt u will hv 10 + 90 = 100points to fulfilling the 2nd reqt in order to get yr 1st rep power ... this hv to be done consistently, & it's very, very hard work like ALL of us ...!!

As a RETURNEE, yr rep power will be 19 or more once u get yr 1st rep power since u joined sbf in Jun 2005.

Pl posts in all 16 threads listed below & u hv to beg at least once daily in all 16 threads to widen yr EXPOSURE day in & day out, & many hungry samsters will flock to u like bees to the honey to up u & clamouring u to up them back asap.

Appreciate tt u shoulder on to help us buildup a large pyramid base of samsters tt we may up daily like in a MLM (multi-level marketing) scheme where in order to rise, we need to get more members to join in so tt we can rise together'.
