Is LB selling sex legal in this red dot? If that is confirm how come there are LBs at PT brothels? This girls r there back from 2000. As a matter of fact this LBs could be there during the 90s.

This is an interesting point. As LB is legally a man, so women's charter can't be applied. Technically, they can sell sex, but it is not considered as prostitution.
