To a certain extent, she plays a role in the production of the documentary, not merely commentator. It could be a team's decision. Maybe they are also reading this forum and gets "new" topics to cover.

1) Moved Geylang Police station to lorong 8. Moved CID-Cantonment to Pearl Center.
