No way, the rate in Danok also sucks.... Hatyai offer better rates.. so drive further for a couple of butts more...... if you are changing a couple of millions, then OK....

ya lor, might as well change some at the BKK airport, then change the rest in BKK town.
When you arrive at the airport, goes up to the departurel hall. There have many people alighting to depart, take those taxi. And just make sure they use meter.... so save the trouble of going down to basement, to pay and q for taxi.......

I just came back from BKK and my Q is I took a taxi from Central Plaza (near Seacon Square) to Sukhumvit and my girl ask me to pay the driver 2K baht instead of the metered 200+ baht. Any reasons? So far my girl has always asked me to pay the actual amount + some tips except for this particular trip.
And to bro's going to BKK to change baht. When I was there, the xchange rate that I saw (mostly banks and the big xchange shops) is about 1SGD to 22.60BHT.

AIyo.......if you have the taxi uncle car plate and name or blah blah blah, u can call the tourism police and log a report..call the taxi uncle to own their meter whenever you go.if they reject, just leave and take another cab =)
2k i can go poisondon liao~~ haha....foot massage 1hr, body massage 2hr, facial, medicure, pedicure..1500b only. 500b i still can go nana and drink 3 heniken plus taxi to go hme..heezz!!! =)
