u mean the main road or GL18 there? main rd there's one former TN turned cybercafe (is this the one u referring to?) n also another bona fide 2nd storey cheap cybercafe near GL14.

Actually, I thought of such an idea a long time ago, just didn't have the capital to set it up

I believe they are not the seedy type, nor are they really targetting the locals. They are just targetting the PRC FLs who wish to use their QQ (chinese ICQ equivilent). That's why most of the cybercafes there have QQ somewhere on their signboard, some even have it as part of their shop name!

5 bucks is a little crazy (considering that in town, prices can go as low as a dollar an hour, and that includes games!), but one has to pay for convinence I guess. And who knows, it might be a new hideout from the police!
