Condom without packaging.. how risky?

went one of the shops advertised in health centre forum, ask for protected bj time, the lady just pull out one condom from her jacket and it wasn't even packaged.. didn't manage to stop her in time and she just put the condom on liao. then half way through the blowjob, she just take out the condom with the same hand and start HJ me with the same hand. pengs!

while i know protected bj is considered low risk especially when compared to bbbj, but how risky is a condom without packaging? some say std cannot survive outside body for couple mins, some say need to worry.

my main concern is Chlamydia, Gonorrhea, Syphilis.

HIV I don't think it will survive as a doctor once told me the virus die within seconds of exposure to air.

HPV/HSV I feel is part of cheonging risk so not concerned about those 2.

also, some shop use cling wrap to do "protected" bj as someone told me before.. i think that's even more useless right?
