1. At what stage of your career you are?
2. At what success is your career?
3. What is your wealth at the time?

Why?

If you are at the beginning of your career (meaning you are young)
You want to find someone who is able to help you in your career.
Even if she is unable to help you in your career, she must not be a hindrance
Or add burden to you.
It means you want someone who is independent (and yet not too independent), someone who has her own career.
Someone who love you more than you love her. Someone who put you first before anything else.
Someone who put your career before her.

Why? Because when you are starting your career or building your career, you must be
