How should a gal talk to make you interested?

Like if we don't know each other well (hi-bye acquaintances) but come into frequent contact because of work, how does a girl get to know a guy? Looks wise i'm slightly better than average with an ok figure but I don't wanna use lust to attract him 'cos I don't want that to be the basis of our relationship.

To all bros, what would interest you in a girl? People quote terms like "got personality", "kind", "fun", "caring", etc. all the time, but what do you guys mean exactly by "got personality"?? What action/speech exemplifies having personality? Would much appreciate if bros can give examples.

Since you are saying yourself above average look and ok figure, yet the guy doesn't fall for you, it mayb because you are not his cup of tea or he ady attached/married.
Spark more conversation to let him know about you, it's one good channel since you two are coworkers.
Guys have their own fantasy goddess like standard, the most direct way to let him feel interested on you is of course by seduction, not all but most of us tend to be controlled by our little brother when in action.

Smile whenever he sees you, make small talk when possible. Just be yourself, don't try to hide or show anything.

Maybe you could indicate your interest indirectly by using eye contact. Try to look at him when he is not looking at you. When he caught you looking, then look away. If he starts to talk to you more, then you get the hint too right.

Can't give my POV from a guy's perspective, but this is what I've heard from the guys around me... Apparently, although some, if not most guys are attracted by the first impression of a girl (looks/figure), there are still others who bother looking deep into one's heart and personality. These are the ones who will bother getting to know you a little bit more and if he can discover the charm/charisma within you, you've got him even though you may not be the prettiest or hottest girl. It's hard to describe the kind of actions that exemplify a charming personality... As everybody is different and the things they do/way they behave are different. Your best bet is just to be yourself because you don't want him falling in love with someone who is, well, not you. Right?
