Adventures with the Office Cougar

Hi bros and sis, I’ve been reading so many of your stories here, decided to share my humble story. Hope you enjoy.

For those of you who don’t know what a cougar is, its basically a older woman preferring a younger man. It’s a US slang. I was schooled in the US for my degree but I’m still 100% Singaporean. Did my 2 years in NS and was schooled here all my life before uni.

I will only say that we are in the finance industry as I know for a fact that some of my colleagues are also members here. And they do not know that I’m a member here. They were talking about one day over lunch and I pretend to be super gong and ask stupid questions like ‘woah, got such website ah?’ I will also changed all the names to protect identity, bros understand ah.

Intro

I had seen her a few times, you know, the usual hi-bye kind of friendship without actually saying anything. We worked in different departments so not easy for us to actually meet and talk since we’re so busy with our own work.

I still remember when I joined the company, that first day, I took the lift up as I was stepping out the lift, she was getting in so our eyes briefly met. I was like, woah who is hell is that foxy devil man! My eyes were on automatic scanning. I was like stripping her with my eyes for that few seconds before the lift door closed!

So nothing happened as I was busy, you know, getting to know the people I work with, the new things to adapt to, blah blah blah. So one day while meeting new people in other departments, the lady who was taking me around took me to one cubical where my foxy devil was sitting! What luck!

“Oh, have you met Danny? He’s new here. Meet Rachel, she works in marketing. She’s one of the chio-est girls in the office eh! Good for young baby like you!”

“Hahaha, don’t talk so much cock la Rebecca. Hi Danny, I’m Rachel, very nice to meet you!” Her hand stuck out and we shook hands. I had to prevent my eyes from auto-scan!

“Tell Rachel how old are you, the baby of the company.” Rebecca said laughingly.

“Haha, I’m 2* years old”

“Woah! So young and you managed to join this company ah? You must be super zai or something. Most people don’t make it here till at least 28,29.” She replied.

“No la, my grades were ok only la, but had good referances and people know me mah.” (Not to boast, but I was kinda of popular in university because I was the photographer and a sportsman.)


So a few weeks passed by and the company was having a BBQ to celebrate the X’mas season. I arrived early and the usual la, people were drinking, eating, laughing and had a pretty good time.

Soon, it was past 2 am, most of the people went home cause they have their own families. I was about to hail a cab when I noticed Rachel! What was she doing here at the carpark at this hour? Thought she left like ½ hour ago!

I went up to her and said “Eh? I thought you left already?”

“No la, I suspect one of my tires is leaking air, then I no time go fix, now I think almost flat already. Better change to spare and bring down to workshop tomorrow since its weekend.”

But she was clearly struggling trying to change her tire even though she had all the tools to do so. (For the life of me, I have no idea why she kept a car jack in her car. Seriously.)

“I have some experience in tire changing. Want me to help you?”

“Could you? I could give a ride home later.”

“Haha ok, a friend of mine had a busted tire too when we were in the States, so I learnt how to change tires then.”

I got to work and changed her tire to the spare. Not too much trouble…

“Phew, now that’s done with. You know right? Spare tire can only go to a certain mileage then must change, you must bring it down to workshop asap ah.”

“Yeah la, yeah la, mr mechanic! Quick, get in, you stay where?”

“Oh, I stay at *********, if out of the way for you then its ok, I can take cab.”

“No la, don’t be crazy, its along the way, my place is a little further away from that. Same direction. Some more now midnight charge 50%.”

So I got in and she drove me home. We were just talking about simple stuff in the car and all. How long she worked for this company and asked me which uni I was in. blah blah blah. Soon we arrived at my place. I was about to get out when she stopped me. She said,

“Wait.”

“Huh?” I turned around.

She leaned over and gave me a kiss on the cheek and said, “Thanks for the help. (smiles) I don’t know what to do if you hadn’t come along.”

“Haha, no problem la. Thanks for the ride home.”

I got out and she drove off and my cheek was burning…….

What's wrong with keeping a car jack in her car??? After all its to jack the car up to change the tire or something

If however she was keeping a crowbar/wrecking bar/machete.... um... i wouldnt get into her car
