Report to the police since you have his phone number. Please be aware of the consequences:

(1) your girl may not able to gain entry again into Singapore or may be suspended from gaining entry for a number of years.
(2) you may be investigated under women charter act (manage a brothel or to assist in managing a brothel)

If you or your girl are not prepared to face the consequences just move on and treat this as part of a occupational hazard. No point wimping.

Most job comes with its own hazards, even for bus or taxi driver. They also face the risks of meeting robbers during their work.

I guess the culprit must have used a hi-card and changed to a new hp by now. I see no point in pursuing this matter further unless you are willing to face the consequence which is not worthwhile at all.
