I think somehow it's the need to feel young and wanted again. The pator feeling. Cos after being married for 15 or 20years, there's frankly nothing much to talk about too. It's always the topic of children(if any) or paying bills and worse still if living with in laws there's stress in everyday life. Or worse if there's no sex at all for years, of course there's a need to go eat elsewhere.
Take it as a way to distress. And make belief with another person completely different from ur spouse or somewhat similar but different at the same time.
No doubt the guilt though...sigh
