Some truth in it i guess...i always feel like shit eventually when i try to have sex 2 or 3 times weekly...takes about 3 weeks to a 1 month to recover after. And im in my mid 40s already...so ok, im gonna try the 15 days one ejaculation method and see if it is optimum
