Think about going to ZhuHai in April or June.
When I was staying at GongBei Distict in July 2004. There was NOTHING around. Meaning No SW action.
I stayed at PoPoKo Hotel for 188RMB a day for 1 week. This was the rate also on the internet. I ran into a guy down stairs on the first floor. He runs a small store that sells, condom, Viagra, drugs, cigarettes, candy, etc. The store is on the other side of the hotel counter. I was offered some ladies for 250RMB to go to my room. I didn't take his offer but told him I will think about it.
What I heard, because of the Japanese orgy in Zhuhai, the local gov't is cracking down hard. After the orgy, LE were even checking on 3-4 star hotels in the middle of the night.
