Another example of "going around"
The game shop (mutated casino)
Player (gambler) paid cash to buy token
When you win you get you prize (tipically rokok).
Later you exchange(sell) your prizes back to cash at a fix price/prize

BUT....
the cash back can only done off site.

So....
Is it a simple or complicated way to go around the law of no gambling?
