For Super Happy joints that are at 50+100 all-in for 1 hour session, I would say some, not plenty.
Mainly concentrated at "Orient" town and "Not Big" India.
For massage and Happy experience, there are more 50+50 joints, but fast disappearing. Many are at 55 per hour now.
