Yes, you can tell the doctor that you wish to fill the prescription yourself so please write out a long-term prescription for repeat purchases. All doctors know that ED meds only address the symptoms and not the underlying causes.
AFAIK a Singapore doctor's prescription can only be filled in Singapore, so you can't happy happy bring your paper to say, Malaysia and get it filled there at their government pharmacy (even cheaper).
