Recommend going to it's Mirchi (inside Ramee international hotel) to pick up Indians and Pakistanis. I took home a Pakistani, but most will ignore non Indian and Pakistani cause many do not speak much English.. so you have to be agressive with them like the Indi/Pakistani guys are.
Rockfellas inside Royal Plaza hotel for CIS girls. Uzbek, Kazahk, Russians, Ukraine. Those Central Asian girls from the "Stans" look awesome. Ended going back with a Kazahk girl.
I hear York has a good selection... All sorts of girls beyond Russians but did not visit.
can't wait to go back to Dubai. It's such a playground out there.
