Thank you very much.
I wish to share my real experience.

My weight ballooned during Singapore's CB.

However I weighed myself today and my weight now is the lightest that I have been for many years.

My result is gotten through a combination of hard work and changing my eating habits (I wouldn't call it dieting, I will elaborate below).

Basically I have walked more than 10000 steps per day for the past 2 months. Some days I get more than 20000 steps.

I work out with light weights very occasionally (squats, presses, deadlifts). I don't a need gym. However I have access to some weights.

I switched to a mostly plant-based diet. I don't miss meat. I don't feel hungry.

Suggestions on which aspects to start. I suggest work on your fitness first. Find an activity which you like and which you can do everyday. Start small but be consistent.
