Not really understanding your question. Its phrased in the present tense. Which means you are asking how many BF your wife or GF has..... now. The answer to that should be Non, unless she is cheating on you and she currently has a BF on the side. But then if you know she has a BF on the side, then she would not be your GF or wife anymore. So, really, its a moronic question.
If your intention is to ask how many BF she had in the past then you need to word it appropriately. Like how many BF did your wife have? Or how man BF did she have before you?
