TS can quote whatever she wants, but it depends on the demand - and also whether there are enough discerning gentlemen here who are willing to pay these rates during this bad times ....
IMHO, though such high class ladies and OKTs got all the right to dictate terms and conditions, but they should also play by the rules of the high class games and not put out too much childish conditions such a "Frenching/BBBJ depends" and rejection $100.
How would any discerning gentleman feels when he pays $1,000/hr and is told that he is not allowed to french?
and also, if i am a FL, i would already be most insulted personally if i am rejected, and why would i lower myself further by asking for a $100 taxi fare?
if one wants to play high-class, let's maintain one's standard .....
