Hmm...looks like the criteria for taking a plane within Indonesia and taking a ferry is a bit different.
I hear from the girls that taking a plane (domestic flight), compulsory need to do some covid PCR and/or swab test before they are allow in. And they need to pay for it. Cost can adds up to between 200k rupiah to 2.5 juta.
Writing those test off wont be a good thing but not writing that off, the airlines and its industry may have an economic impact.
