When I just started out work, I fantasized about my boss who could be even be graded below average. But what a knock out figure of slim waist and big boobs with perky butt. She was at least 10 yrs older than me too. It was the interaction over time that made me started to wonder what it would be like, so I think it's the regular interaction that makes for the fantasy.
