I understand, i have same experience before.
Put thing up, few things need to build up
1. Exercise with dumbell, important to build up muscle
2. Cut Off carbo, and cut Off sweet drinks
3. Joging
4. Make sure you loss some weight
5. Take early dinner, about 7pm, and if hungry eat fruits.
6. After 1 week, you feel effect, before bed, think something that Make you High, and continue with wife.
