I am going to AC to visit a potential supplier. He is a Belgian with Pinay wife and he stays in AC with his factory somewhere in the city. I would probably stay there for 2 nights the most.

IMO, if you were to choose a place to stay in AC, and if you can afford to pay about 5000p & above per night, ABC Hotel is probably the best in terms of safety & comfort, and also free provision of transport.
If you were to go Julianas or Pink Lady, be mindful that you cannot barfine any girl there. It's just drinking and companionship, at a pretty high price.
