Not entirely true. just have a friend return from AC yesterday and he said for a fact many of the girls are scared. Many in the bars are scared. Many will look at new faces with suspicious and caution. Most of his previous visits, he will get surrounded by waitress and dancers the moment he steps into a bar, but not this visit. They all stayed away and even when he waved to waitress to be served, they were very slow in coming. Only the known expats or known faces were the girls comfortable with and mainly sat with them.
He got turned down by many girls because they never seen him before. He did finally get a girl now and then but not everynite which he said never happen before. He said takes alot more effort to get something decent to sleep with now.
