That's already a fraction of his monthly salary.
That is for smooth delivery and with complications, that will come up to a few of ten Ks and they are not covered with medical insurance.
*Touchwood*, dun get sick ... if need operation/hospitalisation will incur hefty medical bills for Singaporean and there are no subsidies for non Singaporean.
