And yes where there is demand tere will eb supply but too much relocating and setup costs will translate to higher fees, and more inconvenient arrangements eg before tehre was 10 shops within walking distance, now teh same 10 shops are spread out in a 1km radius..as the were forced to relocate, and i hear the relocated shops are asking 800k rather than the 700 before.
