Talk about this now I realised why there's so many guys in yoga class, more than gals cause the instructor is a pretty lady.
Last nite, I really laugh out very loudly .... there were 5 guys behind me and we were told to bend and squat with the hands in between ...
Then the guys were like very stiff n the teacher is hiong hiong those type, 1 uncle's hand cant reach his leg and teacher went to grab his neck and keep bend it down, some moment she shake him like chicken little and the poor chap keep shiver. I laughed till my tears rolled ..
